I have had a wisdom tooth giving me grief for about 3 weeks. I put off going to a dentist because they too (like many) terrify me. I made the emergency appointment to have the wisdom dealt with, and the care and service and rapport from the admin staff to the nurse and dentist was phenomenal. The option for treatment was given to me to make the decision and my decision was respected and followed through. Hands down the best experience I have had in regard to dental health.
Let me start by saying dentists terrify me, Today I required a repair to a large broken tooth from the Lime Dentist practice in Mildura. The service from the counter girls to the dentist was fantastic. Id say the dentist that done the repair, Penny, would be the the best I've ever had treat me, (and I've had a few )she was so professorial in her approach to my fear, so friendly, caring, and delivered a major reconstruction on my rear tooth , what an asset Penny is to the dentistry, her presentation to a painless service has ... read more
A huge thank you to Cindy, the Dr. and staff who took great care of my partner, it was his first visit ever, to the dentist today. Staff were amazing, empathic and explained the dental procedure with the outmost care. We cannot thank you enough, for your outstanding dental services you all provide.
Worse experience ever yesterday, had a toothache for the last two days, calling around for a appointment ,only lime avenue had a appointment open for yesterday, When i get there, the pain was calm, The guy injected the anaesthetic and the needle hit the aching spot and i was crying there felt the pain worsen, we had to wait for 5min for anaesthetic to work, but when he came back, i was still in pain and still felt the tooth aching, He had to inject anaesthetic 3 times but still felt everything,every time he try to pull out t... read more
