I can't say enough positive things about the Limb Lab. They are so creative. They ask the question...What do you want to do? and then make it happen!
I have been going to Limb Lab since March of 2024, Michaela and her team have done a remarkable job helping me with my prosthetic. I was at another prosthesis group for 14 months before and was unsatisfied. Since day one, Limb Lab have listened to my concerns and addressed all of my needs. So thankful for Limb Lab! It is amazing the things they can do, I would recommend them to anyone!
I have been a customer since 2018 for an upper extremity prosthetic. They have always been excellent in providing everything I’ve ever needed. They have been fast and have been able to get me in quickly. I’ve needed repair before leaving the state on short notice and they have fit me in. The staff is very personable and provide exceptional service. I’d recommend them hands (hand) down!
I highly recommend Limb Lab! We had an amazing experience with all the staff. My 1 year old daughter had to get some braces for her feet and the staff were so patient and amazing with her. Being a first time mom and going through this experience was stressful for me and they made sure to explain everything very well and cleaned my nerves a ton!
Start to finish the process was better than the old way of doing things. Getting to take a test socket home to wear for a week or two, then having a chance to make the needed adjustments made the final product a better fit and easier to adapt to the small adjustments that come over time. Micheala took all the time needed to make sure everything was perfect and answered every question I had. April always has a positive, upbeat energy and makes walking in the door more inviting. I highly recommend checking them out.
