If I could give a zero I would. The worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, IN FACT ABSOLUTELY STOCKING! Extremely poor products! They do not stand by their product! Very low standards, very low.
We were in Rochester from Texas to see a specialist for my son. He has dropped foot with supination and was wearing a brace that was ok, but we were having challenges with it, and with finding a shoe that could fit it. We happened to see the limb lab while going for dessert and stopped in to see if they might be able to recommend a shoe brand. I have been seeing Brandon S for years by now. He is most attentive to my needs. Also, gives wise counsel to the person in training. Today i was fitted into a new technology prosthesis. I found a new me. Thank you Brandon for being in my zone. You're one of a kind. Baily, you rock. Great advise today and the new inserts and shoes make a big difference. Kurt @ Limb Lab worked with me to get a shoe insert that really works. After a lumbar fusion my leg length disparity was inhibiting my recovery. Kurt created a custom insert that fits in all of my shoes, saving me hundreds of dollars and it has got me walking again with less pain and a more natural gate. I really can't thank Kurt and Limb Lab enough.
Unbelievably kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and professional staff. As a walk-in customer, I was fitted immediately with what my Mayo doctor prescribed and today I am much more mobile and Happy. Thank you Baley and Andrew.
