Trent in the Rochester office did an excellent job working with my 97 year father. We entered with pain and wobbly knees and left with braces and a stable gait. We needed adjustments after a few weeks and they were able to work us in within a few days. I highly recommend the Limb Lab.
We have been a limb lab customer for many years and had good experiences previously, started going there when my son needed braces during treatment for bone cancer (when he was 7 years old). However, as other reviews describe the customer service has greatly changed over the years. Our provider ordered a new leg brace for my son. I submitted our insurance card- told $0.00 co-pay.
