BEWARE!!! Do NOT use Lima’s Hardwood Flooring LLC. We had to pay over $4k to have a professional come in and repair their work and have the floors completely stripped and refinished. BAD QUALITY: I can’t stress enough how poor the quality of work was done by Lucas Lima. 5 cracked boards were installed that we had to replace later. He used the wrong color of wood filler for knots (told us there are only 2 colors to choose, which was a lie). He then proceeded to use Magic Markers to scribble over the filler and putty.
