Visited the office once and tried to talk to doctor again to get clarifications on my next appointment, staff refused to transfer the messages and sometimes just hang up on me with no obvious reasons. Terrible customer service with no respect to patients. No detailed and considerate instructions on coming surgery as other doctors do. All this made me extremely uncomfortable, canceled my appointment and done with them forever.

Very pleased – Dr Limardi and his staff are wonderful. My dentist referred me to him to determine if there was any damage peridontally. Dr Limardi ended up having to do some bone replacement. I was terrified but Dr Limardi and his staff made me feel comfortable and tried to keep the pain to a minimum. I would recommend him to any of my family and/or friend.

Not happy – I was not at all pleased. He didn't want to see the records from my previous periodontist. He immediately tried to get me to have an expensive procedure (which he would have seen was unneeded if he'd looked at my previous records). Also, when my regular dentist needed x-rays, they couldn't be gotten because they were in the wrong office that day--sloppy. All records should be available at any time, and I didn't appreciate having to pay for an extra x-ray because they had no access. I won't be going back.
