UPDATE: I asked for an itemized receipt, as I need to submit this claim to a lawsuit against the tenants and Genesis has stopped answering. I will be taking her to small claims court. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I hired Genesis and her crew to do a major move out clean for a rental property I have. She went over to the home ahead of the scheduled clean to do an assessment and quoted me $600 given the condition of the home.
