The team at Lim did a fantastic job of custom designing the perfect engagement ring for my now-fiancé! They took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and were able to create a beautiful piece of jewelry we both loved. Highly recommend!
Everyone in the store was welcoming and made the process so easy. Walked in with nothing in mind but walked out that day with the diamond purchased and a rough design that they would bring to life. They involved us in the whole process and met the deadline we had in mind. Very friendly and personable. Would definitely recommend!
REALLY DISAPPOINTED with the work done on my husband's wedding band and the clasp of my gold chain. My husband's ring was resized to the correct size, but the repeating "infinity" pattern is completely ruined. The result is NOT what was promised. When my husband expressed his disappointment when picking up his ring, he was told it was "the best they could do." But the plan agreed to BEFORE the work was done was not followed. This has been my worst shopping experience. Lim Goldsmith offers you custom handcrafted jewellery of great quality, but nothing else. They do not have knowledgeable salespeople and have the worst after sale service. I had a custom engagement ring made and asked for an Asscher cut, something really difficult to obtain. They assured me they would get their hands on one, but once I had the GIA certificate indicated a Square Emerald cut. I challenged them on this, and was assured it was a true Asscher. 10/10 Wow this place is PROFFESSIONALand EFFICIENT. I was FORTUNATE enough to be served by the Owner..and Shes extremly Humble.... I went in to get my PRECIOUS necklace fixed and price was right, quick pick up and so sparkley when I picked it up🥰 Dropped my Sons necklace off to be repaired and again TOP NOTCH service!
