My wife’s engagement ring lost its main Dimond after 11 years. We brought it in and they charged us over $800 to put it back in, and Rhodium plate it, and apparently rebuild the Prongs on side diamonds and re-tip the Prongs on the side stones. Within 2 months after there work was done my wife lost a side Dimond- which I didn’t expect since they had said they re-built the prongs. I popped in to have four links removed from a new watch band. It would have only taken several moments and I was willing to pay. They turned me away saying that they don’t do “repairs” anymore. Our family has purchased from Lim before, that won’t happen again. If we aren’t worthy of a quick paid for adjustment of a strap, they aren’t worthy of further business.
