I purchased my engagement ring from Lim's based on a friend's recommendation, and my main point of contact was Lisa. She was excellent, very competent, and helped walk me through everything which I appreciated as someone with no experience with jewelry. It's now been over a year since I purchased the ring and it remains dazzling every time we look at it! No regrets going with Lim's :)

We are SO happy with the entire process at LIM for designing our dream custom sapphire ring. So receptive to our ideas & made our vision a reality! Couldn’t recommend them more.
My fiance had a very good experience picking out/designing the ring. He said he had amazing customer service the only thing was a small miscommunication where they had to put a rush order on the ring but it was completed two days earlier than expected. And i am extremely happy with the final product and am happy to have Lim be apart of our engagement story!
