I popped in to have four links removed from a new watch band. It would have only taken several moments and I was willing to pay. They turned me away saying that they don’t do “repairs” anymore. Our family has purchased from Lim before, that won’t happen again. If we aren’t worthy of a quick paid for adjustment of a strap, they aren’t worthy of further business.

I had an amazing experience at Lim Goldsmith designing an engagement ring. I came in with a few inspiration pictures from my partner’s Pinterest, and they truly brought the vision to life. Jamie was absolutely fantastic, super helpful, patient, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. I purchased my engagement ring from Lim's based on a friend's recommendation, and my main point of contact was Lisa. She was excellent, very competent, and helped walk me through everything which I appreciated as someone with no experience with jewelry. It's now been over a year since I purchased the ring and it remains dazzling every time we look at it! No regrets going with Lim's :)
