the provider is excellent, but the way they ran the office leaves a lot to be desired !!! One has to wait sometimes 3 1/2 hours....not acceptable. Made appointment months in advance, and then they call me to see if could go at 11a instead of 9a...? These are powerful reasons not to go back. My time is as important as theirs, besides I am a working individual is hard for me to take time off to see a dr, and even more when he cannot see you in a timely manner. Thanks

They paid close attention to my elderly mother and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are warm and professional, and treat my elderly mother with compassion and dignity. They sent my mother a wonderful card when my dad passed away recently and asked how she was doing at her last visit!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
