First time at this office.I called 1 day before to see if they had any accommodations. My appt was set for 1:20pm I arrived at 1:10pm and was greeted nicely. The MA that took me to the back was very professional and explained to me in detail the exams she was going to perform. We had a very pleasant experience. There was some issue with the scheduling for my husband but they made it all work out. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating from receptionists to the doctor. I’d definitely recommend them.
Typically I don’t write public reviews, but I want to share my experience with this vision center. I’ve had the same vision coverage for years, that includes the same co-payment and out of pocket expense my insurance does not cover. Last year I decide to get a second opinion for my contact lens prescription. Very pleased with my new prescription because at my prior vision center with my prescription I had to wear reading glasses and with my contact lenses.
