This place is amazing. I go to Lily she is the best. They do such a great job and never break. I think many reviews are old the new crew is great.
Absolutely the worst customer service, I asked for my nails to be ombré, it was just a fill, she put a different color on so it was 3 different colors, I showed her lavender to put on my nails and she put the brightest purple onto them. :( super rough, didn’t take care of the cuticles and after I paid for both mine and my daughters nails, the lady chased me outside and screamed at the. Don’t recommend
I walked in and everything looked very nice and clean but then I was sat down to this man and i showed him the inspo Pic but without the charms but then he started doing my nails. After applying nails he would file down my nails very harshly THEN he would dig his dirty nails under my acrylics onto my nail beds and he dropped a brush on the floor and then used it again and then HE SLAPPED MY HAND and he kept on messing up the nail design. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE
By far my favorite nail salon to go to in Carlsbad.
