I've been coming here for over 10 years and it's really gone downhill in quality and service. Will not come again. 1) the front desk girl with bleached blonde hair is rude. I asked her when we were going to begin as we'd been waiting for 20 mins and she immediately got defensive. I have been a committed costumer of Lily's spa for last 10 years. I always go there for threading. Every month for last 10 years. One day I call to make an appointment for threading. Their front desk lady tells me "I am sorry but I can not give you an appointment because you have cancelled many times and have caused a lot of inconvenience to my staff and other customers." Was gonna get a manicure and a pedicure, started with pedicure. Long wait already having an appointment, while waiting their mirror wall almost fell on someone. Three of us had an appointment together and they made us choose who would sit in the broken massage chair because they didn’t have enough that worked to put us together. BROW WAX - NOT RECOMMENDED I walked in for a simple eyebrow wax. The woman who did my brows was very sweet, talkative, and made me feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the service itself was one of the worst eyebrow waxes I’ve ever had. She removed far too much hair, leaving one eyebrow significantly smaller than the other.
