NEVER EVER AGAIN-EVER!!! Today was a first and last time ever. Yeah, okay, they do a decent enough pedicure. As a regular customer, I came in there today and asked for a pedicure and was told the usual pick a color and sit in chair number 7. I was in great spirits, so I did not mind sitting with my feet in the bowl for over 25 minutes waiting. After all, it was a bit busy. I had a nail appointment on February 27th 2012, and this had to be the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I asked for acrylic tips, that were to be square with rounded corners and not overly long. What I ended up with, were nails lower than my finger tips, uneven, with my right hand extremly longer than my left, and two that weren't even straight. The woman doing my nails then had the audicity to get mad at me when i pointed this out to her and talked about me to the owner right in front of my face. I would ne... read more

Lily and her staff are extremely curteous and professional. The salon is beautiful and you can actually relax unlike some places near by. I always leave Lily's with the best looking mani/pedi with all the newest colors to choose from. If you are looking for a great experience and some "me" time...Lily's is the place. I love her new salon!
