I tried to write my experience with Lily's Housekeeping on the Facebook page but it looks like it was deleted by the owner. This is upsetting because even though my experience was poor, other customers should be able to see such reviews, both good and bad. The fact is that my review was the truth. I ordered a Groupon because I recently moved into a house that needed to be cleaned. I bought a three hour cleaning voucher from Living Social for Lily's Housekeeping. After numerous calls went un-returned, I finally got a call from them to schedule a cleaning appointment. They told me they do not bring their own cleaning supplies. The house was vacant so I offered to get supplies and leave them in the home but was told not to worry about it. My maid from Lily's has been cleaning for me for about two and a half months now. She is very good, and seems to have a great deal of experience. The overall experience with Lily's is great- no complaints. I like that they are a small family owned business, but big enough to be organized and dependable. The bigger companies came in a little more expensive for basically the same service offered and I just don't see the logic in using them.
