Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Purchased a $400 bouquet saying I wanted it to look exactly like the one on the website to which they said that was no problem. Received it and it looked nothing alike. I spoke to two people at the shop to which they said they were going to fix it & re do it. I walk in the next day and it looks exactly the same. They had said they forgot and the reminder got lost. No refund, no sort of discount.

I had flowers delivered for my mom’s birthday today. This is my second time ordering from them and I am extremely pleased. The packaging, flowers, and delivery, was perfect. The girl who delivered the flowers called me and asked me to let my mom know she delivered them because it was windy and she didn’t want anything to happen to them - which was so nice! The most perfectly arranged unique, extraordinary!! This Flower shop went above and beyond beyond for family birthdays anniversary and most recently a celebration of life.! Everyone always wants to know where did you get those amazing flowers so so happy!! Thank you for going above and beyond beyond for our last event.
