RecommendedI HIGHLY recommend this place! We took my two month old and I loved that they numbed her ears first. We also had our 2-year-old with us and they were so accommodating and kid friendly with her! Lily Grace is decorated so cute and posh. It made the experience feel special. They were very professional and made it top priority to do a perfect job- and they did! If we have another girl, we’ll be coming here again!

My mom and I took my baby to get her ears pierced today, to celebrate her one month birthday. I read many reviews before coming in and made an appointment with Ashley. The whole place is very clean, inviting, decorated really cute, and the staff are all so so nice. Ashley’s room is so adorable and any little girl coming in will love it - so much pink! Took my 11 month old for a piercing and had am amazing experience! The piercer was so sweet and patient. I was nervous about the pain, but my daughter didn't cry at all. She had so much fun and we got to take lots of photos. The facility is beautiful and very clean. I recommend everyone try this place out!
This was the most AMAZING piercing experience. The shop is family owned and all the staff are such kind and genuine people. They have great attention to detail. Also gave great information on cleaning the earring and proper healing. We went in with a large group and they made sure we had a room large enough with chairs to accommodate everyone. I made an appointment online a few days ago and we went in this afternoon - this place is truly a gem! Ashley pierced my 7 year old's ears and she talked her through the entire process - she never did anything until she explained it fully to my daughter. And thanks to some numbing cream and a magical story about mermaids, unicorns, and pink sand beaches told while piercing - she smiled through the entire thing! I also loved that they use a needle instead of the big, loud piercing gun. Highly recommend!!!
hands down the best customer service I've ever recieved! we had a bad experience at another place before going here, and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure we had the best experience for my 1 year old! we are from out of town, so it was hard to know where was a good place to go but im so glad we found this place. thank yall so much for everything 💜
