These 5 stars go out to Frank Brown with Pulte and he deserves every star. Contractors had to redo some work on the sidewalks because it didn't meet code and what not. Dirt was piled up on my side which ended up causing a trap for water. Now I'll admit I'm someone hard to work with cause I call everything out. I've been in my house over a year now. Minor issues like an outlet going out and my AC panel not responding and with both they were quick to come out to replace it by honoring the warranty. Otherwise the house has been great with no real issues. I'd recommend Centex Homes to my friends and family for sure.
Emma Price, Kara, and Brent were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable during my homebuying experience. They went out of their ways to ensure the process was smooth and easy to understand, and to this day continue to follow up on how my experience in my new house is going. Love this team, this neighborhood, and my home!
