For the first time in years I finally felt heard and felt like my concerns were truly addressed! Today was my first appointment to see Carissa. She truly understood how I felt and took the time to truly listen. I’ve never felt so good and confident coming out of an office. She’s being very proactive in getting to the bottom of my gynecological concerns. Thank you!!!
I tried calling multiple times even left a voicemail but yet no answer. Already a red flag. You don’t want a place that doesn’t answer to be your clinic.
I came in with so many questions, and even left with more. Front desk was very rude and my visit felt rushed with no answers. Saw Dr. Carissa was not informative and felt rushed. Very disappointing not only did I leave more worried, now I have to go see a 2nd Dr who hopefully is nicer.
I switched to Lily of the Valley early in my pregnancy because I wanted to Deliver at Mercy Gilbert. First, I want to say I did enjoy Dr. Garza at all of our appointments pre birth. He had a calming presence that I, as a first time mom really appreciated; however, since he is the only dr at the practice it was very hard to get my apts with him. I usually had to see Jessica or Carissa and they were kind but I didn't feel that they had the same knowledge/care that Dr. Garza had. The front desk staff was a hit or miss, sometime... read more
The office is very nice and I've gone here each here since 2020. I used to see Vanessa who was amazing and then another woman who was also very kind. 2/14, I saw a new woman (Michelle) who was NOT friendly. She rushed in, was physically rough with the exam, did not smile once, tried to rush out without asking if I had any questions, barely answered my questions at all, and rushed out rudely without responding to the last thing I said.
