Dr. Garza, the NPs, the MAs, and Gina the imaging guru are all so pleasant, knowledgeable, and never intimidating. I am done having kids but if I were going to have more, I’d go back to Dr. Garza. He’s the type of man and doctor you want in your corner if things go good or bad. He’s conservative and does not push you to make a choice that you are not comfortable with. Please beware. They do not follow the guidelines released by the CDC and ACOG as of 5/20/2025 for pain management. For colposcopys /biopsies. Would not recommend contacting or moving forward with them for your care.
Very horrible communication and lazy staff. I simply came for an appointment for a referral almost 3 weeks ago and then I had called and left voicemails several times to follow up if it was sent over and no calls were returned. It was about the 7th time I’ve called someone finally answered. It’s been almost 3 weeks and was told the nurse practitioner I saw hasn’t even worked on the referral form. Highly do not recommend.
**revising my review** I have been bleeding over a month and have called and left messages and no one calls back. But they have no issue telling me to pay my balance but yet won’t help me. For the first time in years I finally felt heard and felt like my concerns were truly addressed! Today was my first appointment to see Carissa.
