I ordered these Flowers the day before Valentines and requested that they be delivered same day and withing a very quick time frame. I know I was asking a lot of the shop especially the day BEFORE VALENTINES! The Lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely kind and helpful in every single way, The flower arrangement was very beautiful, and I couldn't have been happier with how everything was handled! Highly recommend this shop!! THANK YOU!

Great customer service and excellent communication! Al was delivering flowers I ordered and called to let me know the building at the address I gave was locked. The flowers were for a funeral and he said he saw folks walking to another building and he would walk over to them to ask where the funeral was being held. Most places would have dropped the flowers by the locked door and left. Thank you Al for going the extra mile, truly appreciated!
Owner was very professional and polite. She was able to fit in a late delivery when no one else would and was very kind about it. Excellent service. Thank you!
