My PCP inadvertently gave me the wrong pharmacy to call for my weight loss drug. The lady that answered was screaming at me to stop calling them as my provider gave me the wrong info. Geez…the lady had Asian accent and she was extremely unpleasant to me. I am Asian too but have manners!!!
The most compassionate woman I have encountered in this profession was the one who assisted me.
