Got a manicure today and the girl I think her name was Hand , she done a great job took her time and they turned out exactly how I wanted them.
Obviously, they don't value customer service. If this had happened one even two times, I would give them grace, BUT it doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not, they are never on time. I had an appointment and waited a half hour. I was going to have to wait another half hour before getting to me. An hour wait with an appt?? I had expressed I had to get back to work and would have to cancel...all I got was, "ok". They took 3 walk-ins before me and were running behind.
