The service was okay, the issue came at checkout. As soon as I went to pay, the worker asked if I was going to leave a tip and repeated the question multiple times without giving me a chance to respond, which made me feel uncomfortable and pressured. I understand tipping is a nice gesture and I was actually planning to tip, but the way it was handled changed my mind. To the Management at Lily Nails, I am writing to share my positive experience at your salon over the past six months. I have chronic issues with my feet, and Nina has been taking excellent care of them. Most of my concerns have been resolved thanks to her work. Despite a slight language barrier, she is incredibly thorough, and I never feel rushed during my appointments. I truly appreciate the high quality of service Nina provides.
