I went there for a pedicure. I don't know what was going on with the foot basin. But they filled it up with some water from the back room the guy poured some boiling hot water from a bucket into the basin. Then the lady was using one of the metal tools that she pushed my cuticle with to let the water out of the basin. The health department needs t

The service was okay, the issue came at checkout. As soon as I went to pay, the worker asked if I was going to leave a tip and repeated the question multiple times without giving me a chance to respond, which made me feel uncomfortable and pressured. I understand tipping is a nice gesture and I was actually planning to tip, but the way it was handled changed my mind. Tipping should be based on the quality of service and given willingly, not demanded or made to feel mandatory. This is not the first time this has happened here... read more

To the Management at Lily Nails, I am writing to share my positive experience at your salon over the past six months. I have chronic issues with my feet, and Nina has been taking excellent care of them. Most of my concerns have been resolved thanks to her work. Despite a slight language barrier, she is incredibly thorough, and I never feel rushed during my appointments. I truly appreciate the high quality of service Nina provides.
