I have been going to Lily Nails since I was in high school, and I’m now in my mid-30s. In all those years, I have never had a bad experience. Terrible customer service. They charge for every little thing, and the staff is rude. I was simply using my phone during my pedicure, and the technician accused me of taking pictures of her. Very unprofessional experience.” ⭐☆☆☆☆
My wife has been going there for years and she loves these people like they are her own family. She’s gotten me to get my eyebrows cleaned as well as a pedicure. Their chair massages are also very nice.
