Wife went to get her nails done. Didn't make an appointment. So she walked in asking to get her nails done and employee got cocky and had an attitude for no reason. She didn't mind waiting but ended up walking out because she didn't feel like dealing with someone who cant be respectful.

Took my mother for her 89th birthday for a pedicure here the woman who did my mother‘s hair couldn’t even talk to her. Was rough on her feet and neither of us got a good massage at all.

I have gone here multiple times and have tried to like it…. i had to call it quits this time. i have only ever had the daughter and whom I'm assuming is the mom. the daughter is an amazing nail artist, very kind, good at what she does and overall makes it a pleasant experience. the mom is a different story. i am a nail biter and that is majority of the reason for getting acrylics, to help me get out of that habit and keep my nails long. the first time i had the mom she made a comment about my nail biting as i would assume sh... read more
