I requested a 6-hour deep clean of my 3-bed, 2-bath apartment and received 3 hours of mediocre surface cleaning. The floors were left dirty and streaky, there were crumbs all over the countertops, nothing was dusted. I specified that my top priorities were the floors, bathrooms, and kitchen and next would be walls, baseboards, and cabinet fronts. All of those areas were left lacking in multiple spots.
