If you’re thinking about renting an apartment here, I would think twice the office is extremely hard to get a hold of and when I did set up a tour to see a two bedroom apartment I was giving a completely different address and then when I called and left a voicemail. I didn’t get a voicemail. I literally hate it here worst place to live, the Neighbors are worst they make noices day and night all of the neighbors are extremely rude, the maintenance men have no idea what there doing and dosnt know how to fix anything and they don’t stay on top of things, anyone in the leasing office is extremely rude and plays favorites with the residents I can’t wait to move and when I do I will never come back and I DONT recommend anyone live here
We have lived here for 2 months. Theres so many things wrong with this place: everything they charge you for, they will charge you too much and they will charge you for EVERYTHING (even if its illegal for them to do so). Over a grand a month for a (not great) two bedroom unit (not including electric or water or heat). A $300 pet deposit (plus pet rent every month). Its $4.00 to do ONE wash of laundry which is in the middle of the basement with only a handful of washers and dryers for the ENTIRE FOUR FLOOR BUILDING. Illegal c... read more
