Came on time at 11 left at 2:05 was ignored for an hour and half and I have a flight to catch because I was left in distress waiting with no communication from my stylist Mahlet decided doing my hair after wasting hours of my day go to GIGI quality great communication the waste of my time and the disrespect of expecting

I was treated poorly at this salon. My stylist, April had a death in her family, so while I was in her chair, she said she would make sure I’m serviced in two weeks at my appointment, if she’s unable to accommodate me. I informed her, that it would be my birthday, so if there was going to be a problem coloring and installing my clip-ins, I could get someone else to do it. I was referred by a friend to come here and so glad that I did!!! I had an AMAZING experience with April! She corrected a bad color job I had and completely transformed my hair. I went in with a couple inspo pics but wasn’t really sure what shade of blonde to go with and using her expertise she gave me a completely new look that matches my complexion so well.
