Lily Hospice Staff cared for my 100 yr old mom for the last 1-1/2 yrs of her life here on earth. They are a phenomenal group of dedicated, caring, compassionate people who truly love their patients. I’ll be forever grateful for their support as well as the excellent care they gave my mom. I’m so thankful Sonja was present to transition my mom into heaven. What a gift they all are!
