I honestly think they are used to cutting only a certain demographic of hair. I got my hair cut, not by Lily, but another lady, and she charged me extra because my hair was "thick". My hair isn't thick, if anything it's thinning horribly from aging. I have the most average type hair. I hate to say this but I think just because I wasn't Caucasian, or elderly, she just considered my hair thick. It still only took about 10-15 minutes, so what was even the issue?? They rush the haircut too much. Uneven, sloppy, and they don't check for precision.

I usually let Kim or Lilly cut my hair, but Thi was the only one cutting hair the day I came in. I have long hair with long/minimal layers and I just wanted a trim. She cut bangs plus some up to my chin and chopped big layers in the back. I had to have my mom cut the bottom layer off in the back because you could see straight through to my back, but it still looks awful. I have spent the last couple days crying.
