I got knotless braids last week and the entire back had hair coming out the braids when I got home. I also found strands of my own hair not in the braids but just hanging. Braids do not look professional. I’ve been requesting a refund and still no response. I keep being left on read.
I will never return to this business again. I called on Tuesday to see the cost for medium knotless braids. They told me $160 and if I provided my own hair it would be $150. I went to buy my own hair just in case they didn’t have the color I wanted. I get there on Friday morning 6am. I’m told that the hair I had was too long for mid back knotless and I would have to pay for waist length. So I decided to use the hair there. First off I have say that I LOVE HOW QUIET IT WAS IN THE SHOP! No loud music, so loud talking and laughing, just a peaceful environment where I could actually relax and read without a chaotic feeling environment. The two women braiding my hair even where whispering while they spoke to each other. I appreciated it so much and tipped them $20 each for that professional and relaxing attitude. When I say horrible , HORRIBLE ! I got smedium boho to my should for $280 . Mind u the hair I wanted in was blonde so after seeing that she just threw my boho hair any type way and didn’t secure it so that they would even stay in for atleast a day ! They don’t care they just want money ! Never again smh
this was by FAR the WORST braiding experience I have ever had. I made an appt. when i arrive, the braider didnt start until 45 minutes after my appt. we discussed the style, the cost and everything up front. well the braider started doing the wrong style, and had to START OVER. in the middle of the appt, the main braider gets up and leaves. another braider comes to somewhat finish the job, and it did not look cohesive. my boho strands are thick and all the knots are visibly present. the hair does not blend. the braider apolo... read more
