First time I went my experience was great. I always bring my own braiding hair and human hair. Last time I paid 220 for small knotless. The ladies did a fabulous job!!! This time I called an hour before closing. I was thinking they closed at 7, but they close at 6. Thankfully, they still chose to take me. The braider seemed as though she had an attitude. PRICES KEPT CHANGING I was very disappointed with my experience at Lilly Hair Express in Upper Marlboro. I called on Saturday and specifically asked about knotless boho braids with synthetic hair. I was quoted $200. When we arrived on Sunday, I explained again exactly what we wanted. This time, I was told the price was $200 for one child and $220 for the other. I’ve been going to Lilly’s hair Express for about 3 years now. I always walk in with positive vibes but sometimes when I walk out when my styles are done I’m not happy! I been giving the shop chance after chance to fix my issues on my next visit but sometimes I’m still unhappy. I’m truly deciding not to go back at all.
I booked medium knotless braids, which were listed at $160, but I ended up receiving what looked more like small knotless braids. Because of that, I was charged an extra $20 without it being clearly discussed with me beforehand. The customer service also wasn’t the best. While one of the braiders was doing my hair, she moved my head into a certain position.
