I’ve been going to Lilly’s hair Express for about 3 years now. I always walk in with positive vibes but sometimes when I walk out when my styles are done I’m not happy! I been giving the shop chance after chance to fix my issues on my next visit but sometimes I’m still unhappy. I’m truly deciding not to go back at all.

I booked medium knotless braids, which were listed at $160, but I ended up receiving what looked more like small knotless braids. Because of that, I was charged an extra $20 without it being clearly discussed with me beforehand. The customer service also wasn’t the best. I believe they can make this right, because I love this place and have been coming going on two years. I brought in 1b/27 ombre hair which is something I hadn't done before, but I wanted the darker color to start for my knotless braids. The braider who did the back of my hair was phenomenal and got the color gradient right, but the braider who did the front of my hair seemed to be rushing and the pattern is very off as seen in the photos. I just got my hair done by Anita and Nae and they had me laughing the entire time I love them together I definitely will be coming to see them again ! And my hair looks great I love it !
