HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . MS.YOUNG DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO CUT WOMAN'S HAIR . SHE REFUSES TO TRIM SPLIT ENDS. SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING. I HAD TO STOP HER SEVERAL TIMES TO SHOW HER HOW TO TRIM OFF ALL THE SPLIT ENDS PROPERLY, SHE GOT SO UPSET AND ANGRY BECAUSE I POINTED OUT ALL HER MISTAKES. ALL THIS TIME IPAID HER $40.00 IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE AND SHE STOLED MY MONEY.I WOULD GO TO HER TWICE A MONTH . I REGRET LETTING HER CUT MY LONG HAIR IN THE BACK.
