I felt like I was treated like a criminal. While awaiting a procedure, in the chair with gown on, was told I needed to pay first. Did they expect me to run out and not pay? Is this something that happens a lot at this practice? Very disrespectful. I will never go back.
Best Dental Office Ever...Staff is awesome...I have been going to this office for years and both Dr. Isselhard & Dr. Pernoud bedside manner is the best! They really are for the patient and what the patient needs.
As a colleague of Dr. Dan’s, I would highly recommend him as a competent and caring dentist. He will thoughtfully answer all questions and make you feel at ease as a patient. High recommendation!!
Dr. Pernoud is an amazing dentist. I can speak from experience, that he treats your entire oral health. He is not pushy and will be very honest and transparent about your dental needs. You will not be disappointed.
