I rented a property that this company bought and I had I had experience with the management fixing my electricity after I plugged in a 200w amp into the wall. I couldn't have the electrician come in and go fix the problem because it want my house and the management let me go a week or so without electricity, arguing that it was their responsibility. Worst slumlords I've ever seen check out pictures of the yard of one of their slum properties
They are section 8 rental, they do not upkeep the homes that they own. They do not care who they rent to. They're horrible people.
