In September we had a fire in our building, and as a result they turned off the gas lines to do some repairs. A number of tenants, myself included, have now been without working stoves and ovens for more than six weeks. Lilmor keeps claiming that they are “working around the clock”. Very convenient and good personality 👌
Lilmor management is the worst. They refuse to repair my bathroom walls. I’ve contacted them numerous times and always get the run around. They are true definition of slumlord! They refuse to spend money to maintain the property. The building is filthy, incinerators are filthy and mice well they love it here! These people are jokes!
Management is bad, doesn’t pick up phone calls at all. Superintendent of the buildings are the worst, non professionals at all.
