Lilia was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She gave me a lovely lash lift!
I had a lash lift from Lilly and I feel like she did great my lashes look amazing and she was professional and checked in to make sure I was good which was great! I have added my before and after pics :).
I had the most wonderful experience with Lilia. I booked a lash lift/tint with her a week in advance; her communication was great - she made the pre-op and post-op instructions clear. I was a bit nervous, but she even came outside to greet me and made all my hesitations disappear. Horrible communication! 13 text yesterday back and forth setting up an appointment for a facial for today at 1:00. Then today at 11:59am (while I was in the shower), she sends a text wanting to confirm, actually 3 text and one phone call all within 4 minutes) advising if I didn’t respond by 12:20 she would cancel, that she would wait until 12:30 then she would leave.
