This is Lyly nails & spa is not good. I just start first week I want to leave because she so rude to customers she don’t even want employee to take care of customers and she do not want to paid me even afternoon when my husband bring me there to ask her my salary she call police and say he come there harassing and she don’t even know is Tina. All I have to say the owner Lilly is no good. She refuse to pay her employees and lied to the police she didn’t know her worker she hired. She was only picking her up everyday from home.. LOL. She was paying under the table and refuse to pay her for the week that totaled 500. Also, her daughter works there and she doesn’t have a license witch is breaking the law. Several good nail places out there so think twice. Anyone who like to see the police report please reach out to me.
Complete nail care for over a year. Courteous people and modestly priced app I am a senior with severe arthritis and the handling of my hands can be painful. But they are very patient with me and very polite. Thank you. Louise
HORRIBLE! If you value yourself don't ever go in here. The customer service is horrible! They screamed at me because I wanted to try the colors. Screamed at me in front of everyone to get out! DON'T EVER COME HERE!
I would never go back to this place again, up charging for every service provided. I was cut while getting a pedicure , hope it doesnt get infected. Manager very pushy about tips.
HORRIBLE.. DONT COME HERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE.. THE OWNER DID MY NAILS RUSHED.. THEY HAD VISIBLE AIR BUBBLES.. I ASKED FOR A DISCOUNT.. SHE REFUSED.. WANTED ME TO COME BACK ANOTHER DAY.. SHE WAS IN A RUSH TO CATCH A TRAIN.. SAVE YOUR MONEY.. I JUST DONSTED 50 DOLLARS TO THE CHARITY OF LILYS NAILS.. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED.. THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN KEEPING A NEW CUSTOMER. POOR..POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..
I walked in and waited 45 minutes while 3 people weren't even working. I was with my friend who was taken to get a rebate after the 45 minute wait and was told I would be helped in 15 minutes. 1 hour later we asked who would be doing my nails and the lady doing my friends nails couldn't tell me. I got frustrated and told her forget it I will go elsewhere since they didn't seem too interested in helping me. NEVER EVER AGAIN-EVER!!! Today was a first and last time ever. Yeah, okay, they do a decent enough pedicure. As a regular customer, I came in there today and asked for a pedicure and was told the usual pick a color and sit in chair number 7. I was in great spirits, so I did not mind sitting with my feet in the bowl for over 25 minutes waiting. After all, it was a bit busy. They got to the girl just before me and I thought, great, I am next. Then, 10 more minutes and an employee asked me to leave and come back later. Said the... read more
