I interviewed several agencies in a day & Lilly's Home Care stood out! The prior agency showed up late & looking lackadaisical, without even a call or a text! When I mentioned the lateness, because she threw my schedule off, she still didn't even apologize. How can you show up like that when you are trying to gain a new client?
