Lily herself is great, but DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND FRUSTRATION dealing with their stupid lottery-system for appointments. There are plenty of good dermatologists in Nashville that treat make their patients feel more valued. (By the way, I did call and complain about this and the receptionist lady said everyone hates the lottery system for appointments, the staff and the patients, but the management refuses to make a change.)
The person who answered the phone could not tell me if they take blue care or not
Possibly a capable dermatologist but the office is a literal and figurative mess. She runs extremely late - an hour plus at recent appointment. Staff does not seem professional and the office space is lacking - especially when you are waiting so long. Not worth the time.
I loved Dr. Lilly Zhu, very thorough, knowledgeable, and respectful truth. I look forward to my yearly ck up.
She made me feel very comfortable during a skin biopsy. Thank you so much.
