Food was delivered as ordered. Service was adequate but no offer for coffee refill, follow up or thank you.
I was thinking about trying your restaurant but after reading the reviews I'm not sure if I could handle your staff, sounds like it might be the same server? Alot of complaints about who gets to eat at the bar too, suggestion, if a bar seat is open it's open, no reserve that would stop some complaints.
Have now frequent Lilly's several times and I have found the service to excellent. The Servers and service is great! They make you feel like you are in your own kitchen only someone else is doing the cooking. The food is well prepared and delicious. Excellent fish and chips! Dine there with no regrets!
Extremely poor customer service. Server did not introduce herself, cut my husband off in the middle of a sentence so she could take his order, said they had only macaroni salad when I asked for potato salad, then come to find out the kitchen had both. She did not come to check on us to see if we needed anything during our meal. As soon as food was on our table she was never to be seen again. Food was average at best. Was really excited about trying something new. I do NOT recommend.

I am a big supporter of home town businesses. But very very disappointed this morning when I entered Lilly's. I was alone. It was not busy, no one waiting so I sat in a booth. Was asked to move to a two table. The waitress asked if I had been n " called" not sure what that meant. Very RUDE treatment. It will be awhile before I return, if ever
Always our favorites spot. We love the food and their soup is amazing. And I personally crave their signature Sonoma Salad. The staff is so sweet and make us feel like friends. We love Lily’s.
