Thank you to Adrienne who was not only friendly, but very helpful in my shopping. She noticed right away I was unable to find my size and immediately offered to search other stores. Love my new Lilly clothes and look forward to another piece coming via mail. Great shopping experience!
This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had! The young lady assisting me seemed completely unaware of the different styles available. I asked for a sport in a specific print, but she couldn't tell the difference between a sport and a regular dress. She didn’t welcome me at all and even ignored me when I inquired about the size. I would not recommend visiting this store if you’re looking for a pleasant shopping experience.
