Poor customer service from Lily customer service to the store. I had to keep calling for help and was told I would get a return call from the store Manager Mary or Helena and to be patient. Was patient, never hounded them and never got a call back. When I called the manager Mary the third time, was informed they couldn't help my issue.

I love this Lilly store, the employees are always so welcoming and make great suggestions based on my likes and past purchases. They always remember my name and my son's name when we go in.

I went into the store today trying to find a last minute dress for an event tomorrow. I was feeling down because I had a baby 7 weeks ago and nothing in my pre-pregnancy closet fits currently. The girl working was so sweet and helpful. She helped me find a dress that I feel beautiful and confident in, and now I’m no longer dreading my event tomorrow. Thanks so much!
