I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. What should have been a straightforward purchase, exchange, and return became an unnecessarily prolonged and uncomfortable experience at this store. Used to like going to this store back in 2009-2014 but customer service has gone downhill since. Went for a return explaining that I received a gift in the mail and also stated I already received it from someone else. The sales associate must not have listened to a single word because without using a brain cell, common sense or logic returned it to the original purchaser without confirmation of how I would like to receive the credit like EVERY other store in the world. I had an amazing experience with Kimberleigh at the Ardmore Lilly store. Lilly is my happy place and I would like to thank everyone who works there for bringing the sunshine and making the customers feel cared for and beautiful.
