I purchased several items. One top was wrinkled. I asked them to please steam it. They said no!!!! When you spend money shopping at a semi high end store you expect a little service. I could say more but will refrain.
Watch Out!!! High end prices, but poor customer support. Spent $150 on a defective sweater from Lily Pulitzer in Ft. Lauderdale. After one night out, the knitting came loose and the sleeve fell apart. Tried asking for a replacement, but got the runaround. I contacted them serval times, sent pictures and my receipt like I was asked to do. They still said sorry we can't help. Plenty of other places to shop!!!
