Marilyn Garcia and the owner of the realtor company is very racist since i’am not Spanish . They think Black people can not afford to buy a house . Blacks are low income people to them This realtor company only Cater to Spanish Speaking people their own people . So they can rip off people their own people stay away from this racist realtor company.
Terrible experience purchasing a renovated home from Lilly and Juan.
Lilly and her client backed out of a contract after their option period and demanded their earnest money back. The whole thing was handled very unprofessionally, my impression is she is not very experienced I would not recommend her.
We found and closed on our house so fast that it was the Best experience to have!!! Now I'm talking in 3 weeks and 40min closing!!! GOD IS Awesome � But Lilly you were God Sent!!!! GBY �
