Before I dive into the issue, I want to note that I’m fully aware the owner will likely respond by saying I’ve never ordered from them, as they seem to do with every bad review. However, I did order flowers from this shop for Valentine’s Day, and my experience was far from what I expected. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a business owner Amanda. I walked into this shop hoping to pick out flowers for a special occasion, but the owner made it impossible to choose what I actually wanted. Instead of helping me find something that fit my budget and preferences, she pushed the most expensive arrangements and insisted I buy what she thought was best. This place deserves negative stars!! I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary and the bouquet died within a day! I paid over $130 dollars and the quality was garbage. When I called the store to fix the issue, they were condescending and scoffed. Do not spend your money here! Response to owner- This is the same attitude I received when I called. How would you know what order or my phone number when I did not provide you with any of those details? Zero accountability and unprofessional.
