They lure you in with a discounted facial and then try to hard sell you very expensive packages that are 3 times the price of a good spa. They lied to me about the procedure and then refused to return my money and became very nasty. I have filed complaints with the BBB. There is a whole page with reviews like mine that I wish I had seen before going there. VERY deceitful and unethical practices.
