This has been one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. I paid thousands of dollars upfront to Lily’s Beauty for a full cryotherapy treatment package. During their renovation, I was sent to Skin MD in Pacific Beach to continue my sessions — without being told this was only a temporary setup or that things might fall apart later. DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL. They owe me $2,000. They did not finish my treatments. No email or return phone calls from them. I was so upset!!!! I wish i got the the owners whole name but i forgot. He is a scammer!!
You will be upsold and services not provided. Stores close without notice and services never provided! And never pay for the nurses services...she takes your money and never shows back up!
High pressure, sneaky sales person, marginally effective treatments. I hope he is gone now, this was last year. I just paid off my $5K debt that I was suckered into. Last time I went in the sales person who was so nice before didn't even say anything to me and could not give me a specific dollar amount for what was remaining for treatment. Very fishy. **Do not trust this business.** They demonstrate a severe lack of care for their customers and service. After expressing my concerns about a treatment I received, I was met with complete silence—no returned calls or emails. During my Morphesis 8 session, the technician admitted she had just started working there and had never experienced the treatment herself, so she had no idea what it should feel like.
