I was broken down with my pet 6.0L diesel service took great care of all of us fast and fixed right thanks Lilliston
This is by far the most unprofessional establishment I've ever been at. The dealers are rude and extremely uneducated about their cars and services. When asked to see warranty information they refuse to give it and make you call the ford customer service help line. The mechanics are just as bad as the dealers, they don't have a clue what they are talking about. I know more about them and I've never been trained on cars a day of my life. This is the absolute worse dealership I have ever seen. The mechanics, if you can call them that are incompetant morons. A window would not work in my new truck, and after having a loner for two weeks, the window would still not work, and they disabled the door locks. They advertise big locally, and suck in the poor military kids, but you would be better off going to a reputable dealer either in Brunswick or Yulee.
Great Service I have a 2002 Ford Escape that had all kinds of Electrical Issues took it down to Lilliston Ford in Kingsland and Jason the Asst. Service Manger was very helpful. He got it looked at the same day me and my wife brought it to him. Price was good and Had the whole thing done in 3 days. Saved my wife from being mad at me and stopped her from getting a new car. I just want to thank Jason and the service dept at Lilliston. I will be back and recommend all my friends to see Jason when they go there!!!!!
Awful We took our truck here for service because it was in town, & had a diesel shop. They left the truck sitting in the parking lot for 2 weeks & never touched it. When my husband picked the truck up to take it elsewhere, it had a huge scratch down the side of the bed. That is just unneccesary carelessness.
