Lillies Helpers are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They have on their website that they provide "Post Stroke Care Services" but the Aides don't even know how to provide proper care to the patients. The aides that they send to your home Either DONT SHOW UP, LIE OR ARE EXTERMELY LATE. I did a 2-week trial run with this company and WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. Proceed with caution. This was MY experience and MY OPINION. I would've rated this place a 0.

I am sorry you had a bad experience during those 2 weeks of service. Our goals is to provide consistent and quality care. During the time of signing the service agreement it is explained this is your time to evaluate the agency and our time to evaluate the client. Services were terminated by the Agency due to many issues during that short period which consisted of caregiver complaints of not wanting to work in the home.
