Dr. Chan was fantastic - very knowledgeable, and a great listener. She did not pressure us to do an unnecessary procedure like others have. In our situation, she was more conservative and seemed to prefer natural options before jumping to more aggressive medical treatments. She understands ASD, and how it affects the way kids experience common symptoms in a unique way. She has good bedside manner, and I highly recommend her in particular. She was the first GI doctor for my sister when we moved from Nepal to USA. My sister had a severe Crohn's Disease. She took care of my sister from the very beginning. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I am still taking my sister to her and yes she has treated the Crohn's disease and now my sister is in very good condition. Office staffs are also very nice, I mostly communicate with Margret Rivera. She replies to my mail very quickly and also gives the feedback from the test results very quick. Dr. Chan is one of the best Doctors anyone in my family has ever used. My son started seeing her at about a month old. She helped find an issue that saved his life. Now 8 years later we needed her help again and she was there. He had to go to the hospital for surgery and she was there every day, even when she worked across town. He level of dedication and the amount she truly cares for her patience is incredibly. We are very blessed to have her in our lives.
