My appointment was at 10am, when I woke up there was a random number that text me saying they will be there at 10:30am. The person didn’t tell me who they was until I ask “who is this?” She then tells me that she had to reschedule my appointment due to me not responding to her message this morning not knowing that I work night shift. She has kids and uses that as an excuse to cancel appointments .. 10 minutes before my appt she asked me to reschedule because she had an emergency with her kids and wanted me to come back later that day or another day.. she wasn’t apologetic about it either she was just trying to rush me off the phone .
