I have zero respect for Dr. Bates. She was on call in the hospital while our son was born and the communication was terrible. She refused to come back and speak to us, when it was only 1100, because she was also moonlighting in the office at the same time. She was also the pediatrician on call at the hospital. She made us stay an unnecessary night at the hospital and upend our life, just because they want to be paid for a second night. Even tho she barely did a thing and wouldn't even speak to us when requested. What a money... read more
